Field of application

Front-lever press suitable to the manual application through interchangeable punches of eyelets, rivets, studs and other small metal accessories. Specifically designed for leather goods. Easy application of metal parts in narrow or hard-to-reach spaces such as inside shoes and bags thanks to 250mm-working depth and the 25mm-width tapered arm.

Technical characteristics

• cast-iron body.
• ø 20-mm central pin operated through tempered steel eccentric gear (23-mm stroke). Already set up for suction intake.
• riveting adjustable by upper adjusting screw.
• lower item-holding plate provided with 2 screws for punch centering adjustment.
• minimum arm stress. Spring return lever.
• mechanical stop at the lowest point. Setting of the distance between upper and lower punches for required riveting height.
• provided with 4 holes for workbench fixing.
• standard supplied in ral 7035.
