Field of application

Foot-operated press suitable for the manual application through interchangeable punches of eyelets, rivets, studs and other small metal accessories.

Specifically designed for leather goods. Easy application of metal parts in narrow or hard-to-reach spaces such as inside shoes and bags thanks to 250mm-working depth and 25mm-width tapered arm.

Technical characteristics

• cast-iron body.
• ø 20-mm central pin operated through tempered knuckle-joint (26-mmm stroke). Already set up for suction intake.
• riveting adjustable by adjusting screw.
• Lower item-holding plate provided with 2 screws for punch centering adjustment.
• Minimum foot stress. Spring return pedal.
• Mechanical stop at the lowest point. Setting of the distance between upper and lower punches for required riveting height.
• Machine support entirely made of press-bent metal sheet coated in epoxy powder with 1 adjustable foot.
• Standard supplied in ral 7035.
