Field of application

Pneumatic press suitable to the manual application through interchangeable punches of eyelets, rivets, buttons, Zamak plates and any other small items whose size and deformation resistance is higher than standard accessories.

Technical characteristics

• Sturdy and compact carbon steel body designed to withstand high loads (max thrust 900/1000 kg).
• Ø 63-mm thrust cylinder operated through knuckle-joint. To be installed on any suitable support (workbench, in-line installation, etc.).
• Riveting adjustment by adjusting screw placed in the lower arm.
• Lower arm adjustable according to requirements. Automatic feeder for eyelets/rivets supplied on demand.
• The press complies with the current accident-prevention standards in force. Overall protective casing. Provided with finger guard.
• Height adjustable workbench supplied on demand.
• Machine support totally in press-bent metal sheet coated in epoxy powder. Supplied with 4 shock-absorber rubber feet, one of which adjustable.
