Pneumatic press suitable for the automatic application of windproof buttons on mosquito nets.

Specifically designed to pierce the article and apply the eyelet in one go.

Technical characteristics

• Cast-iron body.
• Kg-300 thrust cylinder at 6 bar.
• Suitable for assembly line and/or workbench thanks to a compact design.
• Windproof buttons (male and female) feeding. Bell-shaped hopper rotation for female windproof button, vibratory feeder for male windproof button.
• Squaring arm to apply the button 5 mm from the edge of the mosquito net.
• It requires compressed air (4/6 bars) and power (220 v 50 hz).
• Bench and basement in press-bent metal sheet coated in epoxy powder.
• Standard supplied in ral 3004.
