Pneumatic heavy duty riveting machine specifically designed for the automatic application of heavy and half-bored rivets. Recommended for automotive applications, helmets, technical items.

Technical characteristics

• Sturdy and compact carbon steel body designed to withstand high loads (max thrust 1500 kg).
• Ø-80-mm thrust cylinder operated through knuckle-joint.
• Bell-shaped hopper and item container sized for continuous operation.
• The item loaded on the lower arm is held in place while the pre-drilled article (shoe, slipper, sandal) is properly positioned.
• To be installed on any suitable support (workbench, in-line installation, etc.).
• Riveting adjustable by lower adjusting screw.
• mechanical stop at the lowest point. Setting of the distance between upper and lower punches for required riveting height.
• Standard supplied in ral 7035.
