Field of application

Pneumatic riveting machine suitable to the automatic application of small to medium-sized eyelets, rivets and studs. Provided with a vibratory feeder due to the item shape.

Technical characteristics

• Sturdy and compact carbon steel body designed to withstand high loads (max thrust 1500 kg).
• Ø-63-mm thrust cylinder operated through knuckle-joint.
• Supplied with potentiometer to vary the speed of the vibratory feeder.
• Overload sensor for item container.
• To be installed on any suitable support.
• Riveting adjustment by adjusting screw placed in the lower arm.
• Mechanical stop at the lowest point. Setting of the distance between upper and lower punches for required riveting height.
• Height adjustable workbench totally in press-bent metal sheet coated in epoxy powder. Supplied with 4 shock-absorber rubber feet, one of which adjustable.
• Standard supplied in ral 7035.
