Field of application

Pneumatic riveting machine suitable to the automatic application through punches of jeans rivets and buttons. The machine is equipped for just one kind of item. However, a special kit is provided on demand to attach the same item in different sizes.

Technical characteristics

• Cast-iron body.
• Riveting adjustable by adjusting screw.
• mechanical stop at the lowest point. Setting of the distance between upper and lower punches for required riveting height.
• Ø 50-mm thrust cylinder.
• Pressure setting on pressure gauge.
• Height adjustable workbench totally in press-bent metal sheet coated in epoxy powder. Supplied with 4 shock-absorber rubber feet.
• Standard supplied in ral 3004.
