Electric assembly machine with 6-station rotary table suitable for the assembly of small metal parts for general purposes. Manual item loading performed by the operator.

Designed for the assembly of special finish caps (rack plating, mirror finish, coatings, etc.) Or items made of non-standard materials unsuitable for automatic assembly.

Technical characteristics

• Sturdy and compact carbon steel body designed to withstand high loads.
• Provided with 6 lower punches and 1 upper punch for the assembly of any kind of items.
• Constant pressing speed. Rotation speed of the table adjustable through a potentiometer installed on the control panel.
• Stroke counter.
• Reverse switch to run the machine backwards to the to top of the cycle for punch opening in case of jamming.
• Tubular hopper for assembled item collection.
• Riveting adjustment by upper adjusting screw.
• Connection to compressed air system required only for assembled item ejection.
• Basement totally in press-bent metal sheet supplied with 3 containers and 4 adjustable shock-absorber rubber feet.
• Standard supplied in ral 7035.
