Field of application

Automatic cap assembly machine for the assembly of two metal and/or plastic items and a final cap to produce small metal accessories for textile and leather products.

The operator just loads the components and supervises machine operation and tool change, when required.

Technical characteristics

• Sturdy and compact machine body designed to withstand high loads.
• The electric board consists of 3 inverters:
  • Bell-shaped hoppers speed adjustment through potentiometer.
  • Main motor speed adjustment through potentiometer.
• Photocell to detect item to be assembled.
• Photocell sensitivity setting by means of adjuster positioned in front of the machine.
• Safety micro switches installed by removable casings.
• Connection to compressed air system required only for assembled item ejection.
• Polycarbonate panels installed on front casing for machine operation monitoring.
• Two flywheels installed at the camshaft ends for smooth and non-stop rotation.
• Tutti i movimenti sono montati su cuscinetti intercambiabili.
• Central shaft on recirculating ball-bearings.
• Removable die holder for easy maintenance.
• Sono presenti due piastrine temperate interposte tra coltelli e piastrone verticale per evitarne l’ usura.
• Bell-shaped hoppers provided with internal friction system to prevent items damaging in case of jamming.
• Presenza di tendicatena.
• Cuffie porta coltelli temperate con canale interno per olio.
• Tubular hopper for assembled item collection.
• Basement totally in press-bent metal sheet supplied with 4 adjustable shock-absorber rubber feet.
• Attrezzatura intercambiabile (passo da verificare), formata da ghiera, correnti, coppia coltelli e punzone.
• Standard supplied in ral 7035.
